Payment for programs:
By internet banking / Automatic payments / cash / cheque
There is a one off charge of $50 for new clients as a set up fee for Sports Specific and Triathlon / Multisport / Ironman programs.

General Fitness Program

This six week program is for the person coming back from an injury or wishing to start a new strength program, the program includes
  • Initial consultation – where we discuss your needs & gather general information
  • A six week training program with gradual increases to improve your strength over the six weeks, also includes aerobic activity
  • Targets and goals over the six weeks
  • A stretch program tailored to your needs
Cost for General Fitness Program - $150

Individual Sport Specific - Coaching

This program is designed for the athlete who is concentrating on a single sport ie; running, cycling or being part of a team sport ie; netball, rugby, the program includes

  • Initial consultation – where we discuss your needs & gather general information
  • Your weekly personal training program updated every six – eight weeks
  • Detailed technical training for your sport ie; speed drills, cycle specifics
  • Training diaries and food diaries (monitored by Persona)
  • Heart rate training zones and how to use these to your advantage
  • One strength program
  • Stretches specific to your sport
  • Recovery program
  • Nutrition – covering general, competition, recovery
  • Goal setting (long term & race day plans)
  • Newsletters and updates on the latest research available on nutritional products, clothing, training gear
  • Contact with me on a regular basis to monitor progress
  • One change to program due to illness or injury in each block of training
Cost of Sport Specific Program (minimum of 12 weeks for the first program):
$25 a week
$300.00 (12 weeks) paid in advance

Multi Sport /Triathlon / Half Ironman Coaching

This program is for those athletes wanting to participate in a sport that has more than one discipline such as Triathlon or Multisport

  • Initial consultation – where we discuss your needs & gather general information
  • A personal training program updated every six – eight weeks
  • Detailed technical training for all disciplines
  • Advice on contacting specialised coaches for disciplines in your area if extra coaching is needed, ie; swim specific, kayak training and grading
  • Training diaries and food diaries (monitored by Persona)
  • Heart rate training zones and how to use these to your advantage
  • Stretches specific to your sport
  • One strength program per block of training
  • Recovery programs
  • Nutrition – covering general, competition, recovery
  • Goal setting(long term & race day plans)
  • Newsletters and updates on the latest research available on nutritional products, clothing, training gear
  • Contact with me on a regular basis to monitor progress
  • One change to program due to illness or injury in each block
  • Group training sessions
Cost of Multisport / Triathlon / Half Ironman program:
$30 a week
$360.00 (12 weeks) paid in advance

Ironman Coaching Program

This program is for those athletes wanting to participate in an Ironman whether you are a first timer or going back for the 2nd, 3rd time, these programs require a lot of guidance and monitoring for you to achieve your goals

  • Initial consultation – where we discuss your needs & gather general information
  • A personal training program updated every six – eight weeks
  • Detailed technical training for all disciplines
  • Advice on contacting specialised coaches
  • Training diaries and food diaries (monitored by Persona)
  • Heart rate training zones and how to use these correctly
  • Stretches specific to Ironman needs
  • Strength programs as required (includes Pilates & other core based exercises)
  • Recovery programs
  • Nutrition – Personalised nutrition plan
  • Goal setting(long term & race day plans)
  • Newsletters and updates on the latest research available on nutritional products, clothing, training gear
  • Contact with me on a regular basis to monitor progress
  • Changes to program due to illness or injury as required
  • Group training sessions
  • Ironman Camp (extra cost)

Cost of Ironman program:
$35.00 a week
$420 (12 weeks) paid in advance

Extras that can be added to your training program at an additional cost of $70 per program:

  • Personalised nutrition plan – menu planners, your Kilojoule needs per day
  • Strength program either weight based or Pilates that is additional to the one in your twelve week program
  • Personalised stretch program that is additional to the one in your twelve week program
Training Sessions
  • one on one $70 per hour
  • Group training sessions run thru winter and summer (in some areas) with an additional cost $5 per session/ per person
Training Camps
  • Training camps are offered thru the year to all Persona Coaching Clients (additional cost)
  • There are two ½ Ironman camps at the end of September & the beginning of October.
  • The first is for woman only usually beginners
  • The second is open to both male & female who wish to challenge themselves just a little

Ironman Camp
  • This camp is offered to Persona clients first & runs for 5 days in the last week of January every year (numbers are limited)
  • We cover all aspects of Ironman including nutrition, heart rate zones
  • We go over all parts of the course to familiarise you with it
  • We swim in the lake every day
  • You will leave this camp with confidence & some new friends
